 Are you addicted to alcohol

I know this is a tough question to answer. I use to be a alcoholic and never would admit it. For one I really didn't think I was I was drinking nightly but I went to work and thought alcohol was really not effecting my life even though my family kept saying it was.

I had all the signs of someone that was abusing alcohol. Drinking everyday, drinking by myself, drinking and driving. I can go on and on but I just didn't think I was addicted.

When I got my third DUI that was the breaking point. I knew if I did not do something to get this poison out of my life I was going to end up spending the rest of my life in jail.

It took me hitting rock bottom to end up quitting. I lost everything my wife, my home, my daughter alcohol had ruined my life. It was time to finally admit I had a problem. Now I had to find a way to stop drinking.

First you have to want it as long as you want it you can stop without going into a treatment center. I used books to help the books not only gave me knowledge but they helped taken the place of drinking. Alcohol free forever was the first book I started out with.

What I liked about this book was I could download it and read it whenever and wherever I wanted plus it came with audio as well so if I got tired of reading I could just listen to the audio. Click here to get more info about it

I'm not a super religious person but I started reading books about Spiritual healing from Dr. Steve Jones and that really helped.

As of today 9/17/15 I no longer drink and still have my hobby of reading Self-help and spiritual books as long with motivational books to keep me on the right path and keep my mind on the good things in life.

This has been my method of how to stop drinking and it has been highly effective and has saved me a ton of money and has brought me so much happiness.
